Rendery3D provides AI-powered product photography generation services for e-commerce sellers. Our Service allows users to upload product images and generate professional-looking product photos using artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

  • Free accounts receive a limited number of credits to try the service
  • Pro subscriptions include monthly credit allocations
  • Additional credits can be purchased by Pro users
  • Credits are non-refundable once used
  • Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original images you upload. For images generated using our Service:

  • You are granted a commercial license to use generated images for your business purposes
  • We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service
  • You may not resell or redistribute the AI generation technology itself

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Circumvent usage limits or credit systems
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with Service operations

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIGABRAINLAB, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
